Our colleagues, responsible for optimizing the order planning flow to couriers, are looking for a new team-member!

 

How will you spend your time with us:

 

  • You will plan the parcels orders to the couriers and you will check the correctness of the documents received from them;

  • You will track the entries/exits of packages both quantitatively and in value in our system;

  • You will centralize the problems of receiving / returning parcels and you will follow their resolution;

  • You will prepare different reports on weekly, monthly and yearly base

  • Provide support to Vivre-related departments

  • Background in Economics or any other related field

  • Familiar with MS Office suite – especially Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
