Launch engineer

Our ideal candidate is an experienced engineer on the new product launch tasks and activities  who is self-motivated team player with good communication and organizational skills and would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Prototype tooling (specifications / drawing) & prototype Control plan; She/he is responsible for the request issue (coding/processing and loading on the portal);
• Tools integrating into the means database according with the tools coding request and identified how is necessary;
• Process definition & process flow chart;
• Process FMEA;
• Definition of process significant characteristics (parameter, safety & environment);
• Pre-production Control Plan;
• Tools and Machines specification (including ITME):
  •  Serial tools coding request are filled (part 1) and integrated in SAP, If the customer code is not available, the customer demand is formulated with the date of receipt of the equipment as the deadline.
• Industrial reception of the equipments / Owner identification;
  • SAP updated with mandatory items (Part 1 +2 of coding request);
  • Preliminary capabilities of CS (product & process)
  • Tools documentation is available and uploaded in specific system (PDM);
• Other responsibilities: preliminary capabilities, packaging validation, etc;
• Organize and manage the team to make Trial Run;
• FMEA review;
• Control Plan review;

SKILLS PROFILE

- Technical University degree,
- Technical understanding, relevant experience in production or development in an industrial environment,
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills, cross-functional team work, ability to decide, rigor and respect for confidentiality, strong proposals,
- Good communication skills, able to facilitate meetings, capable to pursue the objectives (QCD), capable to drive action plans in case of drift,
- Positive attitude, self-starter and result-driven personality,
- Advanced knowledge of English, (French can be an advantage).
