mvc hrservices is currently seeking for one of its customer for a candidate as Lawyer with deep knowledge in Corporate Law (GmbH). The position, in permanent employment, will be based in Stuttgart, Germany.

The chosen candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge and profound background in Corporate Law (German GmbH Law)
• Experienced in establishing a society
• Legal relationships between the shareholders and the company
• Representation and management
• Amendments to Statutory documents
• Dissolution of a Limited Liability Company (GmbH)
• Rules of order, penalties and fines

Required background and experience:

• University degree in international/corporate law or similar
• Experience in German Limited Liability Law (GmbHG)
• Experience in similar position(s)
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Fluent English and German language skills
