Based anywhere in Europe, as a member of the Measurement Solutions Global Process Solutions Team (GPS), you will develop and support the EMEA deployment of the Automations Solutions Oracle Single Instance strategy, with particular emphasis on Quote Order and Service Management processes, from developing strategies to creating and managing system enhancements.

Develop quality standards and procedures, perform quality testing, maintain controlled records, ensure consistency and alignment.

Provide guidance and governance to all Oracle activity across the World Area with respect to Quote Order and Service Management processes. Provide expertise to project teams, ensuring compliance with Corporate / Automation Solutions standards.

This wide ranging program includes the migration from legacy ERP to Oracle, standalone deployments and the support and coordination of Business Unit deployments in EMEA.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Represent the GPS (Global Process Systems) EMEA Quote Order Service Management team in Local and World Area project meetings related to Quote, Order Service Management process
• Provide functional expertise, guidance and governance to all EMEA Oracle implementations
• Ensure that all projects pass through the relevant project milestone gates and reviews satisfactorily. Identify risk areas and provide guidance on corrective actions
• Develop standard procedures and training material, lead cross Track Projects
• Participate in relevant standards and functional teams. Contribute to the development of standards and processes that satisfy both global and EMEA requirements
• Setup and lead EMEA site meetings and trainings to introduce new processes or process changes
  
  

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Education to degree level or equivalent
• Between 2 -4 years relevant experience, leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
• A strong understanding of our customers’ needs and how they interact with Emerson Automation Solutions Europe with respect to their purchasing processes, knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite
• A broad knowledge of our Quote and Order Management and Service processes across EMEA
• Ability to travel
