Lean Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Lean Junior Project Manager for a major consulting company in Lean Manufacturing. The company is based in Italy with branches in Mexico, soon to open in USA and with ambitious development plans in Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the successful implementation of Lean improvement projects among Romanian clients
• Managing the process of measurement, setting of goals, monitor/control and report out on process improvement progress, producing meaningful presentation materials
• Provide support for customer to assess and redesign internal operations
• Facilitate continuous improvement using Lean project management tools
• Achieve project deliverables results through improvement sustainment
• Develop a strong relationship with the key user people involved in projects (Engineering, R&D, Quality, etc.)

Characteristics we look for:

• Degree in Technical University (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)
• Experience of 4-5 years in Lean manufacturing
• Experience in managing small teams
• Project Management skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian is a plus
• Curiosity, dynamic and creativity
• Available for traveling to clients and working abroad in Italy for several months in the beginning
• Excellent relational and presentation skills
• Desire to get involved and participate in ambitious challenges
