Our client is an important multinational production company, located in Timis County.

Lean Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Establishes Continuous Improvement Plan
• Defines, develops, facilitates and leads Continuous Improvement activities such as 6S & Kaizen events, Lean Audits and Lean Projects of various levels in accordance to the plant’s operational requirements
• Monitors the progress of projects, budgets, resources, and actions necessary to ensure success
• Ensures deep understanding of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology across the organization through training, coaching and mentoring
• Work as part of the management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results.

 Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or appropriate technical background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production in a multinational environment
• Previous managerial experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good interpersonal competencies
• Problem solving abilities
