LEAN process engineer

Tasks:

• continuous monitoring of production system efficiency and improvement thereof
• Preparing calculations on return of investment
• Standardising processes
• Handling and checking performance indicators,
• Monitoring Lean activities in the plant
• Fulfilling Lean multiplier role
• Preparing reports
• Carrying out LEAN system audits

Requirements:

• Degree from higher education
• at least 1 year experience in the area of LEAN management
• Hungarian language knowledge
• At least intermediate level English language knowledge
• Advanced level MS Office skills

• Systematic thinking and views, project work skills
• Critical and systematic thinking
• Pro-activities
• Decisive, self-confident character
• Efficient problem solver
• Cooperative spirit
