What are we looking for?

We are searching for a passionate L&D Specialist in Timisoara working in close cooperation with the business and advise on a wide variety of development topics, being focused on adding value to local business and Atos Group.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Conduct specific training needs analysis to support the design, development and delivery of corporate and local training programs and strategies;
• Provision of full training plan implementation and administration service to ensure that training events run smoothly;
• Manage the continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organisation;
• Utilize a variety of training concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs;
• Conduct presentations, internal workshops or related L&D promotion actions;
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs;
• Partner with individual departments to outline deliverables and proactively identify and resolve issues;
• Provides reports on L&D related topics.

Desired profile:

• Be a strong communicator in both written and verbal communications;
• Be articulate and confident when delivering to large audiences;
• Be self-efficient and well organised in prioritizing tasks and projects;
• Good time management, planning and prioritization skills;
• The ability to work on your own to achieve tight deadlines;
• To have very good abilities to communicate verbally and written in English.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and internet.
• Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field.
