Scope:

This dual role, combining Learning & Development functional expertise with a local HRBP one is covering the management team located in Electrogrup Bucharest branch. The role will operate within a matrix structure with both functional and management reporting lines.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop & deploy learning solutions in agreement with the annual L&D plan
  • Support delivery of training, logistics, facilitators, third-party relationships
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and adjust the programs
  • Design learning content for the company E-Learning platform
  • Ensure learning & development data is accurate and maintained
  • Elaborate and present periodic and / or on-demand reports on the area of responsibility and the processes managed
  • Implement and monitor the process of onboarding
  • Propose and participate to organization of actions dedicated to the employees to ensure the increase of commitment and retention in the organization
  • Create and maintain an organizational climate that encourages and sustains employee development and training
  • Provide advice to allocated People Managers in all HR related issues
  • Understand the business environment and people implications
  • Translate pro-actively the business needs into relevant HR solutions
  • Champion performance and talent management
  • Establish a trusted partnership with all the internal customers

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Higher education in human resources, organizational development
  • 3-4 years of experience in human resources, change management, organizational development, minimum 1 year in training design or/and delivery
  • Practice demonstrated in usage and optimization of E-Learning environment
  • Good consultancy skills
  • Ability to influence and achieve results in a matrix environment
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • English proficiency (medium-advanced level)
  • Very good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced oral and written presentation and communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver presentations and facilitate workshops
