Legal Adviser

Responsabilities:

• Drafting the construction agreements and/or their addendum concluded with the commercial partners of the Group, as necessary for the residential projects and for the office buildings;
• Drafting various contracts for the HR, IT Departments and for the cinema activity;
• Participates in the negotiation process of the contractual clauses with the commercial partners of the Departments for which in charge and will carry on the correspondence with them, throughout the negotiations process;
• Will ensure the collaboration with the industrial property agents for the trademark portfolio of the Group;
• Will ensure the collaboration with the Data Protection Officer of the Group in relation with the analysis and implementation of the GDPR clauses in the construction and various services contracts from the Departments for which in charge;  
• Will ensure the collaboration with the Group Insurer and shall draft notices, correspondence and transactions related to the potential damages requested by third parties against the Group in case of various incidents;  
• Will prepare legal opinions regarding the analysis and interpretation of the contractual clauses in the contracts to which the the Group companies are party;
• Will perform any other tasks having a legal character established by the Head of the Legal Department.

Job requirements:

• Law Bachelor Degree
• Background: minimum 3 years in legal area of expertise (real estate experience represents an advantage)
• Foreign language: English – advanced, legal writing and speaking
