Responsabilities:

Drafting the lease agreements and/or the addenda to the lease agreements concluded with the tenants of the shopping centers and of the office buildings;
Participates in the negotiation process of the contractual clauses with the tenants and will carry on the correspondence with the tenants, both in Romanian and English language, where applicable, throughout the negotiation process;
Will verify the obligations assumed by the tenants upon the request of the colleagues from the Leasing Department, in charge with the monitoring activity;
Will prepare legal opinions regarding the analysis and interpretation of the contractual clauses in the lease contracts;
Will draft the notifications through which it will be requested the fulfillment of the contractual obligations by the tenants;
Will perform any other tasks having a legal character established by the Head of the Legal Department.

Job requirements:

Law Bachelor Degree
Background: minimum 3 years in legal area of expertise (real estate experience represents an advantage)
Foreign language: English – advanced, legal writing and speaking
