Legal advisor

Short intro: our company is a major industrial player with 3 large and very modern factories in Romania. For our HQ located in Bucharest we are expanding our legal team, under the direct supervision of the Group Legal Manager.

Main tasks:

• Drafting and negotiating the legal contracts –with suppliers, with experts, with vendors or any kind of contracts
• Verifies the legality of all kind of documents for a legal approval
• Activity of legal research (very important) for all the new and old projects
• Provides  consultancy, legal assistance and support for all the departments in the strategic projects that the company needs – analyse the current situation, exposure of legal risks, verify and validates the documentation, recommends legal solution
• Drafting legal information on pending projects
• Participates (in an active way) on negotiations or other meeting where legal support is mandatory
• Represents and assists HS in front of the Courts, Trade Registry, in front of Police, other authorities or in front of other persons when required
• Coordinates the strategy (active involving) and discuss with external lawyers
• Legal reports
• Drafting legal information on pending projects
• Participates (in an active way) on negotiations or other meeting where legal support is mandatory
