I.
REQUIREMENTS:


• Completed legal university studies.
• Postgraduate / master's studies is an advantage.
• English - advanced level.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of legal experience, especially in banking law.
• Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
• Integrity, communication skills, flexibility, team player.

II.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing legal advice for all products granted by the bank to companies (SME, MICRO, Corporate).
• Amending & drafting contractual documentation for such products;.
• Support throughout contractual relationship with all SME, MICRO and Corporate customers.
• Support for account opening.
• Providing legal advice on policies & procedures of the bank regarding products granted to SME, Corporate and MICRO clients, including new products.
• Drafting standard legal documentation for products granted to SME, Corporate and MICRO clients.
• Providing legal advice regarding bank’s real estate assets to be sold.
• Monitoring and coordinating the activity of the lawyers used by the bank in the territory for providing day to day legal opinions for the bank.
