LEGAL ADVISOR-CORPORATE GOVERNANCE&GENERAL SUPPORT

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed legal university studies;
• In-depth studies in banking / business law is an advantage;
• English language - advanced level;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of legal experience;
• Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook);
• Integrity, communication skills, flexibility, team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Legal advice on bank’s internal procedures, policies and regulations regarding procedures not related to bank’s products (IT, risk, internal organization, HR, eso).
• Legal advice regarding supplier’s contracts.
• Providing legal advice regarding the corporate governance framework of the bank (composition of the committees, outsourcing, management framework, mandatory reporting, eso).
• Legislative update for all bank employees and management.
• Draft, update and maintain mandatory documentation to be sent to supervisory authorities (NBR, ASF).
• Providing legal support for MIFID, ISDA, MIFIR and any other capital market related aspects.
• Defining, monitoring and reporting KRIs for Legal Division.
• Performing internal control at Division level.
• Providing support for any other aspect not related to bank’s products (to compliance, risk, IT, HR, eso).
• Monitoring the implementation of the acquisition & post acquisition projects of the bank.
