Legal Advisor with German

What you can expect & what we want you to do

• Assure constant and consistent consultancy to the company’s management team regarding relevant international legislative changes from the following areas: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

• Write draft contracts and negotiates legal contractual clauses

• Draft, review and approve legal documents/contracts, validate the parties’ identity, consent, content and date

• Review and provide legal analysis for all the juridical documents received for approval and feedback

• Be responsible for updating the legal database of the company

• Be responsible for promptly solving all the complaints/claims/disputes (in accordance with the role competences) received from the external clients

• Be responsible for timely transmission in a correct and complete form of all the information requested

• Be permanently/constantly informed and up to date with all the legislative changes

• Independent management of the company’s legal interest/relationship with other similar entities of the Group from a legal point of view

• Assure direct communication with the legal departments from the Group

• Be involved in the approving process of the contracts with the external clients

• Be responsible for training (legal support/advice and guidance) the company’s employees who work or are involved in deployed activities with clients from DACH countries, in regards with the business practices and the local and international legislation.

• Assure constant communication with the company’s relevant departments

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

• Spoken languages: German and English fluent

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law

• Professional experience of minimum 5 years

• Relevant experience in drawing up/ drafting international contracts

• Deep understanding and good knowledge (up to date) of the Local and International Law

• Very good communication skills and teamwork experience

• Excellent analytical and strategic skills

• Integrity and good reputation

• Represents a real plus having already managed (drafting and closing) legal contracts with Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Advanced knowledge of the applicable legislation in these markets represents also a plus.
