Legal & Insolvency Collections Officer

The Legal & Insolvency Collections Officer will become part of our team in the EH Romania - Bucharest office and will be responsible for a timely and qualitative handling of debt collection cases in a Legal and Insolvency status.

e would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:

• Handles all the assigned collection cases in a Legal and/or Insolvency status (new and running portfolio)
• Updates the debt collection case ad minimum with key events
• Ensures according to applicable time line an effective chasing of external collection providers such as Law Firms,Bailiffs, as well as Insolvency Practitioner
• Manages customer exchanges and communicates timely and with meaningful content the updates
• Manage exchanges with claims and collection colleagues and BU's
• Controls the invoices with external legal fees and commissions and court costs received and to be paid from external collection providers

This position has no direct reports.

• Basic Knowledge and understanding of legal and insolvency procedures
• Results oriented and able to work towards zero defaulted tasks

• Communication skills
• Good level of English both spoken as well as in writing
