Licence Coordinator
Visma IT & Communications is looking for a passionate Licence Coordinator. You must have a drive to run and create high quality reporting in an unusually complex technical environment, analyse them and provide recommendations. You will be a member of the Service Management team, where your skills and contributions to manage our Software licences will be very visible. You must love to help team members and to receive help from them. You need to be precise, detail oriented and very organized in keeping control of complex licence agreements with a high number of stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:
*Perform all related tasks for processing new and existing licenses in the system as required
*Track and manage licenses in the SAM tool and different vendor portals
*Procurement of new licences as requested, through partners or directly from Software Providers as required
*Manage vendor portals and allocate licences as required
*Establish a process around the procurement of licences as part of the existing contract
*Weekly/Monthly report creation to monitor licensing on-going
*Weekly/Monthly/Yearly report creation and presentation of results
*Maintain accurate information in SAM database to address budgeting, software license, contracts and cost.
*Responsible for maintaining the Vendor Contract Archive legible, readily identifiable and retrievable, as well as contract on-boarding and off-boarding activities
Your skills:
*Master's or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Management, Commercial Law or any other
*Requires ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment while keeping a good work attitude
*Highly analytical with a drive to improve processes and achieve cost savings
*Highly organized and detail-oriented
*Ability to identify problems and errors
*Must be detail oriented.
*Must be able to create reports and provide recommendations
*Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Must be able to work well under pressure
*Must be able to communicate effectively with other departments
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with teams and individuals
*Fluency in Business English is required
*Customer oriented behaviour
*Understanding of the IT Service industry is preferred
