Responsibilities:

Calculation of Logistics costs and Total Costs of Ownership
Preparing and update PFEP and Packaging data sheets
Simulation and Definition of packaging standards for components and alignment with other departments (ME, Procurement)
Contact in case of packaging change for supplier and customer
Define internal material flow strategy by following EBE standard rules
Investigation in new technologies ( witness) and roll out
Involvement in EC’s ( costs, effects)
Calculation warehouse size and define Layout for new programs
Development of supply chain concepts ( supplier – customer)
Involvement in supplier audits & supplier development
Working closely with CIP & ME organization
Proactively execute audits & review of complete SC for potential cost savings
Execute and moderate PC&L Workshops
Prepare VSM / MIFA for new projects as well as for running projects
Prepare and train guidelines and instructions in the local PC&L team
Work on transport costs saving projects ( Milkruns, Platforms..)
Implement visual management tools in PC&L areas
Monitor and audit application of standards
Analyze PC&L relevant KPI’s to identify further saving potentials
