Deploy all Martur logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools in the plant and toward suppliers and customers;
Shall contribute the logistics infrastructure according to the rules of customer and critical points defined by Martur Supply Chain Development Management department;
Continuous improvement with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
Supplies in time and the required amount of components during project phase;
Manage stock level of finished products and components during project phase, according to customer requirements and MARTUR objectives;
Manage stock level and warehosue activity (warehouse project management) for components and finished products during project phase;
Monitor the performance of suppliers during project phase in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems;
All logistics activities to support new product introduction;
Maintain permanent contact with Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow during project phase;
Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of components due to technical modifications;
Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Quality and logistics operator in order to avoid any issues in the incoming flow during project phase.
