Logistic Supply Specialist

Main responsibilities:

The holder of this position is responsible for raw material procurement.  She/he is responsible for communication with supplier teams, internal requirements and quality standards.

• Ensure the system is realistic and consistent with customer orders, MARTUR plant objectives and capacities';
• Manage the weekly process for procurement of the materials;
• Verifies and make sure that all settings for the supply components have the correct settings in SAP systems;
• Take all necessary actions in order to have the right connections with all suppliers and to use SAP for all suppliers portofolio;
• Supplies in time and the required amount of components;.
• Manage stock level of finished products and components, according to customer requirements and MARTUR objectives;
• Monitor the performance of suppliers in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems.

Requirements:

• Economical/Engineering University Degree
• 5-8 years experience in a similar position
• Good English skills
• Very good use of PC and Internet within the limits of the jobb
