Logistical disposition and customer servicing

Preface: Our customer disposition team is searching for a dynamic, engaged and motivated person to join the Logistical department in our plant in Arad.

Responsibilities:

• Assures delivery planning and execution planning for internal supply chains via the SAP ERP system;
• Provides inputs for transport coordination and expedition advising via customer portals;
• Manages customer servicing for serial deliveries;
• Manages returnable goods tasks via customer portals and internal responsible;
• Customer relevant performance assessment and escalation of non-100% . cases;
• Departmental relevant performance reporting and escalation of production output and stock nonconformities;
• Customer relevant logistical claims responsible and leading in 8D reporting’s;
• Provides inputs for outgoing logistical claims and charge-backs;
• Participates in inventory stock-takes;
• Compliance with:
• Internal procedures and rules concern;
• Code of conduct of the corporation rules set;
• Labor safety rules set;
• IATF and ISO norms in effect.

Requirements:

• Basic SAP Knowledge;
• Basic MS Office applications;
• Experience in logistics;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Able to work under stressful conditions;
• Availability for external partners at all times.
