YOUR TASKS

For our regional logistic team responsible for Business Divisions Lighting Europe, we are looking for an experienced PP key user. You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business division.

• You will be responsible for managing logistics projects for the new design, harmonization and standardization of logistics processes, mainly related to SAP PP module;
• Moreover, you will have to define, plan, coordinate and monitor work packages and milestones within a project team using prescribed methods and systems;
• Conduct analyses, identify improvement potential and follow up with the lighting production location from Europe;
• 2nd level support to European lighting production locations and competent contact person for questions related to PP;
• Support and advise production location within responsibility on best practices in the area of expertise;
• Optimization and further development of the current processes as well as error analysis and elimination of system malfunctions in the SAP PP module;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of SAP PP module and experience within integration points within other modules;
• Experience in project coordination including resource management within virtual team matrix;
• Experience in secondary SAP module is considered an advantage (. MM);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics processes (preferably in the automotive industry) with focus on production planning processes;
• You have to be fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage;
• Self-motivated to propose process and system improvements and lead projects/initiatives;
• Travel time up to 50%;
