Logistics Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a  Logistics Shift Supervisor  for our Outbound Logistics team in Timisoara.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the line feeding team;
• Follow the execution of the production plan and optimize the loading of orders. Operate in the MES system (Processes lists of errors);
• Manage open series according to the planning group. Group, distribute and check the orders that must be delivered accurately, if necessary introduce measures;
• Organize checks and inspections of stock (eg stock of material, stock movements, necessary quantities, etc.) in the warehouse (eg warehouse of parts, materials, etc.) according to specifications;
• Prepare reports and communicate deviations directly to the superior;
• Contact person between logistics and production.

Requirements:

• Technical/ Economic Degree;
• Min. 3 years of experience in a related field;
• Good knowledge of English language is mandatory, knowledge in German language is a plus;
• Knowledge of working with MS Office and with logistics control systems (SAP and MES);
• Analytical skills, flexibility and team player attitude;
• Willingness to business trips.
