Logistics Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a  Logistics Shift Supervisor  for our Outbound Logistics team in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Shift Coordinator for the logistic outbound team;
• Plan and prepare deliveries (labeling, bookings etc.);
• Organize checks and inspections of stock (eg stock of finish product, stock movements, necessary quantities, etc.) in the warehouse;
• Prepare reports and communicate deviations directly to the superior;
• Contact person between logistics and production;
• Records / enters data in masks defined in the ERP system; executes any additional tasks related to its activity and in order to perform its duties, transmitted by the direct superior or by the company's management.

Requirements:

• Technical/ Economic Degree;
• Min. 3 years of experience in a related field;
• Good knowledge of English language is mandatory, knowledge in German language is a plus;
• Knowledge of working with MS Office and with logistics control systems ( SAP and MES);
• Analytical skills, flexibility and team player attitude;
• Willingness to business trips.
