Yazaki Braila is looking for : Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing logistic services/logistics handling and administration between the customer BMW and YAZAKI plants during series production.

  • Preparing delivery schedules and clarifying delivery dates in correspondence with customer and plants. Clarifying all logistics business transactions between customer and YAZAKI plant.

  • Supervising logistic flow of material and goods between YAZAKI plants and customer.

  • Supervising logistical quality of all deliveries to BMW.

  • Steering and supervising customer orders (for series production and prototypes).

  • Independently clarifying possible deviations with the customer and external suppliers.

  • Independently analyzing and solving of logistical problems in terms of processes, . SAP.

  • Gathering of solutions from Central IT CoC Logistics (SAP) or external adviser.

  • Maintaining SAP database and monitoring SAP processes including troubleshooting for customer BMW.

    Requirements:

    nbsp;nbsp;. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the logistics sector, automobile business.

    nbsp;nbsp; command of German and English language

    nbsp;nbsp; 3. Good knowledge of MS Office

    nbsp;nbsp; 4. Excellent knowledge of SAP (MM and SD), JIT/JIT knowledge desirable

    nbsp; 5. Intercultural competence as well as team-oriented personality
