M&A Vice President Financial Advisory

For the Vice President/Manager role in the Financial Advisory CFA - Investment Banking we are searching for a professional to join our M&A team to support with the following activities, while enhancing the key values indicated below

Key responsibilities:

• Track record in M&A mandates execution with a high degree of independence backed by strong competencies of the M&A practice
• Very good understanding of the key M&A business drivers
• Good project management skills and supervision of junior team members, focusing on:
• Multi-tasking
• Good communication skills (with the team, with clients, etc.)
• Project management skills of cross-border transactions
• Ensures execution of agreed decisions, while respecting required quality standards
• Manages own time to meet agreed targets
• Applies existing risk management standards to new and/or complex products/processes or solutions
• Develops plans for specific work activities in own area over the short/medium-term, including forecasting resource requirements
• Able to handle different transaction structures independently and requires senior support or supervision only for highly complicated issues
• Strives to establish himself/herself internally and with clients as a reference person for the product (and potentially an industry)
• Able to interpret customer needs and requirements; identifies and delivers concrete and easy to implement solutions to non-standard tasks/ queries
• Fosters ongoing relationship to internal and external customers
• Provide business ideas and help strengthen the client relationship
• Interprets internal and/or external business issues and good practice, applies knowledge to identify business opportunity
• Brings in or creates new solutions or methods to existing problems/products

Main requirements:

• Graduate of specialized higher education (Economics, CFA)
• Fluent English
• Experience in the field of at least 3-4 years of M&A, other Corporate Finance Advisory, Private Equity
