Mac OS Client Support

ITSDONE Romania (part of the Austrian group ITSDONE Holding) is an SAP partner for the Romanian market.

We arean IT service provider with very extensive and specialized know-how. We support customers of various industries and sizes with outsourcing, IT project management, SAP consulting and other services on “time & material” bases.

We are recruiting some new Mac OS Client Support colleagues.

Your duties

• As part of the support team you are a central contact person for IT issues and incidents
• Support & troubleshooting of the Mac OS landscape
• 2nd level client support
• Troubleshooting of the daily used apps within Mac environment
• Roll-out of images, devices enrollment & initial devices setup
• Documentation of incidents in the ticketing system
• Ready for 24x7 operations in a 3 - 6 months perspective

Your profile

• 2-3 years of experience working in a 2nd Level Client Support Role
• Good problem-solving attitude, able to resolve most technical issues
• Deep knowledge of Mac Operating System
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for Mac
• Knowledge of Jamf PRO deployment tool
• Nice to have - iOS & tvOS experience
• Excellent communication (written and speaking), interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully work within a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute within our team
• Experience of working within SLA’s and ITIL processes

• Languages - English
• Willing to travel - 20 %
