Prior experience in a similar position or a portfolio of previously developed Magento based e-shops is necessary to prove your proficiency and level of expertise. Very good knowledge of the English language is a must.

Job description

Given that this is a work from home position/ collaborator at distance, as a person you must be:

Your professional skill set should include:

• Mandatory proven skills in migration and development of Magento online shops and stores featuring hundreds/ thousands of products;
• Web-integration skills – Advanced knowledge of server-side coding PHP and MySQL; Strong OOP programming knowledge.
• Good knowledge of responsive CSS frameworks -PHP5 / XHTML /CSS;
• The ability to adapt and integrate JQuery /Javascript elements & plugins;
• Familiarity with other common PHP based CMS tools such as Wordpress, Magento etc;
• Working with Git.
• Familiarity with web development based on cloud-hosted servers (Amazon Cloud, Digital Ocean aso)
• A good eye on graphic design and a decent grasp of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is also a plus.

Because you will need to help us to:

• Migrate, service, and develop Magento online shops and stores.
• Deliver responsive landing page creation & integration (using PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap&others);
• Develop responsive, user-friendly and engaging websites using PHP based CMS systems;

The job opening is available as either part-time from home (4h) or as a freelance collaborator with allocated availability for our company. If you desire commitment as a freelancer you must possess a legal entity allowing us to provide you a contract where the availability for us is clearly stated, with defined response times.
