Job Description
· Resolves day-to-day automation issues together with maintenance team;
· Supports production, process improvement engineers and maintenance department, in the area of problem analysis and optimization;
· Applies the necessary software and hardware updates;
· Executes Preventive Maintenance plan for the area of responsibility;
· Manages critical spare parts assets;
· Works with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations;
· Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans;
· Coordinates commissioning of new installations together with project engineering;
· Updates PLC and Scada applications;
· Updates automation documentation (functional analysis, manuals, etc.);
· Improves work processes in order to increase reliability and efficiency;
· Continuously develops his/her own knowledge;
· Organizes training for maintenance technicians and peers;
Requirements
· Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, mechanic and instrumentation equipment;
· PLC programming and diagnostic;
· Basic IT skills (software, database, networking, operating systems);
· Advanced English knowledge.
