Maintenance Manager

Main tasks:

  • Plan and implement maintenance of production and SC equipment and production;

  • Operate maintenance performance monitoring (. regarding cost-energy, OEE etc.) and identify, prioritize and implement continuous improvements;

  • Lead the maintenance team;

  • Follow-up the Maintenance KPI's;

  • Budgeting knowledge;

  • Plan and implement TPM for all the machines;

  • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures;

  • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates;

    Requirements:

    Technical Bachelor’s degree

    Financial knowledge regarding budgeting, forecasting, provisioning

    English - advanced (both written and spoken)

    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance

    Experience in coordinating projects/ teams

    Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment

    Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
