MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Analyses and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and operational failures of production equipment
• Plan for and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain maximum production and quality by making correct adjustments
• Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose problems of support equipment such as overhead cranes, chillers, air compressors and chilling units
• Support in maintenance of the building
• Assist installation and maintenance of utilities.
• Build production means according requirements

Requirements:

• High school or vocational school
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required
• 2 or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment
• Good mechanical, electrical, automatization ability and experience.
• Able to wire auxiliary equipment
• Able to basic machining of parts and fixtures is a plus
• Forklift/ Crane driver’s license is a plus
• PLC program operating/ maintenance skill is a plus
