Management controller

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience on project controlling position, in the automotive industry (R&D or Tooling field);

• Minimum 5 years experience on financial position;

• Economics bachelor's degree;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP;

• Advanced level of English (spoken and written);

• Problem solving skills.

Mission of the position:

• Maintains the relationship with the Shared Service Center and offers support for the booking of invoiceTooling, R&D, Prototype);

• Maintains the projects Master data and manages allocated budget;

• Participates in the month end closing activity (running settlements, accrual computation, depreciation, impairment testing);

• Supports the management in the preparation of the forecast (FO), budget (B1) and strategic plan (MTP) for the area of responsibility;

• Analysis project profitability and suggests "Back on track" actions, where required;

• Supports the management in all aspects of a financial control to which the site is subject (internal/external auditors, tax authorities, customers);

• Participates in project review meetings and supports the project team members in drafting investment request and/or customer quotations ;

• Provides any ad-hoc requests (both to internal management and Group);

• Participates in the improvement of the area of responsibility by suggesting process changes.
