Manager, Clinical Data Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to lead the Romania data management team in a fast-paced, dynamic Contract Research Organisation (CRO).

Cmed is a technology-led CRO that understands clinical trials and the challenges they present and has helped its customers deliver highly successful clinical trials for almost 20 years. Our Clinical Data Management Department is at the cutting edge of industry innovations, defining new and more efficient ways to design, capture, manage, review and visualize clinical trial data and we are now looking for a talented and experienced manager to join our team and help drive this change.

Experience in line management is the priority for this role as full industry-related training will be provided.

Your core responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Data Management, you will lead and manage an assigned team of data managers in Cmed’s office in Timisoara

This position is perfect for you if you have:

• Significant experience line managing a team, ideally in a professional, data-related or technology setting
• Excellent organizational, planning, resourcing and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a global working environment
• Professional, motivated and a positive attitude
• Excellent negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills including risk analysis
• Strong command of English
