We are hiring on Management position for our factory in Timisoara!

Field of activity: Production of pressure vessel and steel structure.

Main requirement: technical background and management experience.

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of experience in production company and management of teams (15 people at least);
Coming from industries as shipbuilding or oil and gas can be an advantage;
Knowledge of technical drawings and grade of material;
Good knowledge of technical drawings (steel structure, piping scheme, electric scheme);
Good knowledge of product quality processes and basic experience in system quality ISO 90201;
Mechanical Engineering background experience in the design activity can be an advantage (not mandatory);
Basic knowledge of welding process and NDE;
High precision and sense of responsibility;
Communicative capacity and oriented to result achievement;
Capacity to use Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word etc) at advanced level;
Knowledge of English language at C1 Level (advanced) as per CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference
