Manufacturing/Process Tehnician

Responsibilities:

• Work together with Manufacturing Engineer for standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
• Working with Process Engineering and Manufacturing groups to generate consensus for automation solutions. Participates in planning meetings, design reviews, trials, and other events with relevant groups.
• Involved in working with equipment vendors and suppliers to implement cost-effective solutions.
• Testing and qualification of automation solutions.
• Documenting operating instructions, calibration procedures, and maintenance procedures for installed equipment.
• Integrating solutions to existing manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Continue improvement for existing production line and cost improvement;
• Supports the integration of processes (departments) into appropriately interconnected extended value streams.
• Identification and leverage of best practices across the entire TE operation under Manufacturing Engineer Coordination

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above, Mechanical and Electrical engineering is a plus.
• Experience: Above 3+ years’ experience in process/manufacturing engineering area
• Good experience on the process, production or quality of automation process.
• Good interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Great team player with the ability to participate in global teams and collaborate on manufacturing projects.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• English is a plus
