Market Development Representative – Crop Science

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing the field-testing program including all operations - seeding, spraying and harvesting (equipment related also);
• Collecting visual data from the field;
• Uploading data using internal database systems;
• Providing product characteristics, advantages, supported by data and visuals.

WHO YOU ARE:

•  University degree (preferably agricultural profile);
• Strong agronomy knowledge and experience with main crops (cereals, corn, oilseed rape);
• Experience in implementation of the field trials including all operations, seeding, spraying and harvest, as well as data collection is an important advantage;
• Ability to define the technical value proposition to support go to market strategies;
• Ability to understand customer needs and design meaningful solutions and recommendations;
• Ability to communicate in a convincing, inspiring and engagement manner;
• Organized, team spirit;
• Active, focused on results;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• B Driving license;
• Good command of English language;
