Marketing & Communication Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communication Manager to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role will be to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase Star Storage brand awareness and business profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the activity of the marketing department in order to ensure the fulfilment of strategic business objectives;
- Defining and developing the marketing, communication & PR strategy in the short, medium and long term. according to the Star Storage vision;
- Establishing the company’s marketing, communication and PR policies, procedures and objectives in order to support the sales of solutions and services and to increase the company’s notoriety;
- Coordinating the marketing and communication team;
- Performing continuous analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, clients and the industry context;
- Collaborating with Sales and Solution Sales teams to effectively manage information about Star Storage products, solutions and services, in line with market dynamics;
- Ensuring the continuity, consistency and coherence of messages, creative concepts and brand ideology;
- Supervising, controlling and approving the activities developed in collaboration with specific service providers;
- Monitoring the results of the marketing strategies implementation and developing analysis reports in accordance with the established objectives;
- Approving the annual marketing budget and the necessary adjustments during the year.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience on a similar role and knowledge of the IT&C market;
- Advanced knowledge of reporting in CRM, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, optimizing landing pages, viral marketing, social marketing;
- Excellent English skills;
- Experience with online budget planning and monitoring;
- Ability tot implement end to end projects;
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and create a strategy;
- Very good attention to detail, excellent organizer – the ability to work on several projects at the same time;
- Excellent communication and interrelationship skills.
