We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing and Engagement Manager on a 1 year fixed-term contract based in our Bucharest office (with the possibility of extension of up to 2 years).
The focus of this role is to develop and deliver marketing, engagement and retention plans in alignment with ACCA’s global, regional and market strategy to contribute to ACCA’s growth ambition whilst increasing the visibility of the ACCA brand for the South Eastern Europe region (Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Albania).
Responsibilities

Formulates, executes and measures marketing communication and adjusts it as required

Drives sales campaigns through digital marketing activity

Delivers outcomes by working with others within established systems

Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends

Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues.

Manages relationships with internal customers and acts as their business partner, while taking guidance from senior colleagues. Manages relationships with contractors and agencies

Organises Continuous Professional Development and networking events as well as New Members Ceremonies for members

Organises retention and conversion campaigns including on-line communication and telemarketing.
Experience Required

Demonstrable experience in digital marketing strategy creation and implementation

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, and willingness to 'pitch in' as required in a small organisation

Fluent in Romanian and English languages alongside exceptional written communication skills with ability to adapt style to suit different communications media and audiences

Willing to travel within South Eastern Europe region.

Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering presentations to senior audiences in formal setups is a plus
