Marketing assistant

Responsibilities

• Providing support for the marketing department regarding: new product launches, existing product development, product development initiatives;
• Coordinates translations for: works of art, and labels;
• Executes translations in Romanian for various documents;
• Create Purchase Orders and Good Receipts in our system (ARIBA SAP) for art works, marketing costs for our brands, media, as well as for multi-brand projects;
• Represents the Marketing department in the communication with our RB plants.

Requirements:

• Passion for Marketing: this is a great way to make your entrance in Marketing field
• 1- 3 years work experience in support role/ sales assistant
• High attention to detail
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills
