Requirements:

• MS Office experience (Excel advance);

• Flexible to work with remote teams for international projects;

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement digital marketing and social media campaigns, newsletter, promotional materials and advertisements;
• Conducting market research, target audience analysis and monitor competition;
• Review campaigns, keywords, ad copy and landing pages performance and optimize according to guidelines;
• Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels in order to reach the target audience;
• Be in charge of the company's image, build brand awareness and adopt a strategic approach to employer branding;
• Write SEO friendly content and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the company’s websites and social media pages to attract a qualified audience;
• Oversee the production of promotional materials (leaflets, posters, flyers, banners) and of the relationship with the afferent suppliers;
• Analyze marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates and traffic to optimize future marketing strategies;
• Prepare marketing reports and analysis;
• Update spreadsheets, databases.
