We are looking for a confident, motivated, hardworking and dedicated Marketing Category Manager with a ‘can do’ attitude. Category Marketing Manager holds an important responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L ownership of the categories and end-to-end responsibility for their operations;
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals;
- Assess overall categories performance against objectives;
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy;
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products;
- Preparing SWOT analysis;
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR;
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations;
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team;
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team;
- Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs;
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition;
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization;
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in related topics (BA/MARKETING/ENGINEERING);
- Working experience: At leastyears of marketing;
- Excellent team management skills;
- The company may administer dexterity or academic tests to ensure the applicant will be able to perform duties efficiently;
- Excellent project management skills, Experience managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent team player with enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to learn;
- Strong skills in relationship building and presentation/communication;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially excel);
- Fluent in English.
