Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, developing, planning and deploying strategic marketing plans that meet our business objectives and priorities;
  • Provides input in developing marketing programs which successfully achieve the marketing plan in order to achieve business objectives and revenue goals;
  • Develop and maintain monthly integrated marketing calendar and utilize approved organizational processes to ensure timely delivery of all marketing projects by working closely with team members;
  • Identifies brand awareness opportunities and acts as critical consultant to ensure brand is represented appropriately across all channels and initiatives, evaluates team members research, and assesses competitive industry organizations for market differentiation and positioning;
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis;
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns;
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly to the consumer marketing patterns;
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out and drive qualified traffic;
  • Identifies all tasks, promotions or events that need to be completed and then strategically executes and/or delegates those tasks to the appropriate team members;
  • Assists with the selection and development of marketing team members and gives guidance and direction during the process;
  • Responsible to communicate marketing plans, programs, and results to other key departments and team members;
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge of advertising, digital marketing and other online platforms;

 

Requirements:

  • Five or more years’ experience working for a marketing, communications or advertising agency;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business management or equivalent;
  • Comfortably delivers presentations to all levels of the organization;
  • Proactively shares information and seeks to share learning with team members;
  • Proficient and efficient workflow management, prioritization and organization skills;
  • Gives positive feedback when appropriate, but also addresses inadequate performance or inappropriate behavior to team members;
  • Displays a high level of energy, confidence and enthusiasm;
  • Believes in the importance of keeping others informed. Spends time clearly defining expectations;
  • Has the ability to analyze the future impact that a decision made today is likely to have;
  • Demonstrates integrity, professional judgment and discretion;
  • Technically savvy. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills;
  • Team player;
  • Flexible;
