Marketing Manager Vivo! Baia Mare

We are seeking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Baia Mare regional team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all the activities of the marketing department under the guidance of the Marketing Director of the entire portfolio.

Marketing experience for more than 5 years is crucial for this position, as we are looking to systematize our marketing procedures and develop an effective and integrated marketing, local PR and communications strategy that supports our long term vision.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy and budget
• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activities (events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns etc.)
• Work closely with agencies to create the design and production of all marketing materials
• Monitor & measure results and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company partners are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Monitor customer and partner satisfaction through market research and feedback and identify actions and campaigns to enhance wherever possible
• Identify and propose potential strategic partner relationships
• Overseeing Digital Marketing
• Develop a local PR strategy in order to maximize opportunities for communications activity

Qualifications:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a marketing team, working within a full mix marketing environment (Retail field is an advantage)
• Qualitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
• Ability to quickly learn and use new programs
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal savvy, presentation skills, oral and written communication)
• Customer focus; strong customer service skills
• Must be highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• High energy level
• Ability to travel
