General Responsibilities:
- Use knowledge of the company’s technology and software to effectively assist the Marketing Team in executing the marketing strategies;
- Assist the Marketing Team to communicate to the intended audience on multiple channels such as website pop-ups, push notifications, email, SMS, chat;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define and establish the communication target audience through analysis and segmentation using 3rd party tools such as Optimove;
- Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to further develop tools and integrate systems with the purpose of streamlining customer targeting and communication;
- Overview and coordinate backend configuration and management of Marketing campaigns, based on marketing specs, using all tools available;
- Overview and coordinate segmentation, automation and maintenance of customer lifecycle journeys based on marketing specs;
- Perform ongoing research into CRM tools and systems with the purpose of improving customer engagement, retention and ROI;
- Overview and coordinate Quality Assurance efforts on all customer communication channels including website pop-ups, push notifications, email, SMS, chat;
- Perform potential risk analysis reports on marketing actions with the purpose of identifying roadblocks and ensuring a clear action path for all involved parties;
- Respond in a quick, effective manner to escalated issues related to marketing campaign automation;
- Perform weekly/monthly analysis on team performance and task management;
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Product Manager in drafting technical specifications of projects which improve internal marketing systems;
- Perform analysis on communication and communication channels effectiveness by reporting on customer response rates and resulting engagement and then provide relevant feedback to the Marketing Team and any other relevant parties;
- Draft procedures and define the best practices related to the 3rd Party and internal tools used by the Marketing team;
- Make appropriate use of business analysts, directing them to the most important tasks and deriving useful commercial insights;
- Manage each individual team member and assist them in understanding their projects, status updates, challenges, etc. to ensure successful execution in a timely manner;
- Assess team resources and load balance against the Marketing team’s requirements and tasks;
- Provide technical guidance, expertise, and best practices to all team members;
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leading position of a CRM team;
- Previous experience operating with CRM Tools – Optimove or similar;
- Goal orientated and highly functional in a team;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Teaching/Training skills;
- Autonomous & Flexible.
