Marketing Specialist

Mazars is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join its MarCom team. The ideal candidate should be an organized and efficient person, responsible, able to propose solutions, develop and implement marketing projects. She or he must have a solid back-ground (middle level) with experience in business to business marketing projects. 

Determined one year employment contract

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements B2B email marketing campaigns (design artwork, implementation, results analysis) for lead generation;
• Creates and optimizes tender templates, RFPs, credentials;
• Organizes client business events/ webinars and ensures the follow-up together with the team;
• Collaborates with other departments to create marketing content and support integrated marketing campaigns (visual materials, newsletters, tax alerts etc);
• Uses Salesforce as a CRM tool to support the business development efforts of the company and optimize the prospects’ database;
• Works together with our DPO to make sure that the department is compliant with the GDPR rules;
• Provides support in updating the company’s website (including multimedia content);
• Liaises with printing and other providers for production of publications and other marketing collaterals;
• Collaborates with the CEE MarCom and BD teams on various projects;
• Keeps herself/ himself updated on changes to all relevant Mazars brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ PR & Communication);
• Min 2 years of experience in a marketing role; BD experience is a plus;
• Proficient in English;
• Detail-oriented person with strong organization and prioritization skills;
• Excellent writing skills, capable of writing in various styles to approach different target audiences and adapt the text to several contexts and situations;
• Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms;
• Project management and event planning experience;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
