Marketing Specialist

Farmasi Romania Headquarters / Sky Tower Bucharest

We are looking for a confident, motivated, hardworking and dedicated Marketing Specialist with a ‘can do’ attitude.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Assists in development of brand marketing strategy for new and existing products
• Works with creative team to come up with catalog design ideas, advertising copy, texts and promotional materials
• Manages promotional materials such as testers and stands, performance/ stocks/ demand/ design
• Works closely with the company’s Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
• Manages Farmasi events on Facebook and builds communication with Farmasi individual distributors 
• Assists in analyzing the marketing data from traffic, conversion rates, sales to determine efficiency and provide valuable information for future marketing strategies
• Prepares competitive analyses and recommends actions plans
• Prepares Products and Category performance analyses/ forecasts/ stocks/ action plans
• Works in company in-house IT system to create campaigns, new products, stock loading to the system

MAIN OBJECTIVES & KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or another related field
• 4+ years of previous experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing
• Previous experience using marketing data tools and analytics
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, CRM, Web analytics
