We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our office in Bucharest.
Location: SkyTower Bucharest – Str. Barbu Vacarescu.
The Marketing Specialist will join Farmasi Marketing Team for Romania. We are looking for a person who is confident, motivated and hardworking, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Assist in development of brand strategy, marketing strategy for new and existing products
2. Works with creative team to come up with catalog design ideas, advertising copy, texts, follow ups, and promotional materials
3. Assist in analyzing the marketing data from traffic, conversion rates, sales to determine efficiency and provide valuable information for future marketing strategies
4. Follow and prepare Products and Category performances (analysis/forecasts/stocks/action plans)
5. Work in company inhouse IT system called FRM to create campaigns, new products, stock loading to the system)
6. Following up promotional materials (performance/stocks/demand/forecast/design) such as testers/caps/stands)
7. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media visibility, reputation and recognition
8. Managing events in Facebook and building a communication with individual distributors
9. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations: Supporting materials for the field and the Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
10. Analyzing all the materials (brochures/catalogs/incentives/products/websites/ Social media/testers) of the competitors, frequently place orders from the competitors
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1- Catalog preparation and reviews
2- Brand and products visibility, recognition, sales Knowledge, Skills Qualifications
3 -Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or another related field
4 - 4+ years of previous experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role
5 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
6 -Solid understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing methods such as SEO and social media
7 - Solid understanding of market research methods
8 - Previous experience using marketing data tools and analytics
9 - Strong attention to detail and highly organized Excellent communication skills
10 - Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CRM, and applications like Web analytics and Google AdWords.
