Responsibilities and obligations:
• Develops and implements the marketing strategy;
• Proposes the annual budgets;
• Coordinates and implements the marketing campaigns and the events;
• Scouting for clients for the media supports that we have, negotiates and coordinates the implementation of the contracts in order to increase the income;
•Handles the marketing contracts, legal and financial documents needed for every marketing activity;
• Attracts partners and sponsors for the marketing events;
• Scans the competition and their marketing activities;
• Maintains the relationship with the tenants and assures a good partnership;
• Does monthly visits at all tenants in order to understand their needs, their plans and to come up with ideas for joint activity plans.
