Required skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years marketing automation experience
- Working with one of the following tools is a plus – SalesForce, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua
- Knowledge of responsive HTML, CSS is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of is a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex databases
- Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
- Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyze campaigns
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Work independently and interact with various levels of management.
Responsibilities:
- Support with training of stakeholders to enable them to self-serve.
- Implement tailored lead nurture campaigns.
- Adapt lead scoring model as enhancements take place through new technologies and priorities.
- Assist in ensuring the Marketing Automation Platform is fully integrated with current tools and new tools as they are on boarded.
- Build and manage emails, campaign workflows and data flows.
- Prepare and import lists into the Marketing Automation Platform without errors.
- Perform testing of emails, pages, and data as needed and on time.
- Prepare emails and campaigns as needed and on time.
- Report on campaign results.
- Manage data changes and task list to launch campaigns on time and according to specifications.
