About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Covebo Romania, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the definition, execution, and ownership of digital marketing activities. 

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close partnership and communication with fellow marketers and recruitment specialists’ teammates in Romania and in The Netherlands, so you can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth culture and company.

We're a young team, so each member plays an integral role in growing the foundation of our branch in Romania.

Role Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of digital strategy (paid, social, search, content, SEO) to achieve Covebo business goals and drive revenue growth. Managing day-to-day ad campaigns, audiences, creatives, budget, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency. Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective customers (the job candidates) and what drives them to convert into qualified leads. You also manage monthly/weekly reporting of engagement, conversions, conversion rates, spend, ROI, click through rates and other performance KPIs.

When you are at the office you also work cross-functionally with marketing and recruitment teams to understand our key audience and develop strategies to reach them. Create, post and schedule articles that follow a content calendar.

In short, continue to develop Covebo Romania with all available marketing tools in collaboration with marketing in the Netherlands and to make the data clear to management.

Role Requirements

2+ years of hands-on digital experience (agency or in-house), preferably in services/recruitment/HR industry. You have experience with various platforms and corresponding analyzing programs. Because we are focused on the Romanian market the marketing outings will be in Romanian language but to communicate internally with for example NL you also speak English on an advance level.
